I found this fledgling chickadee hanging out in the street in front of our house. He was pretty helpless, just doing awkward little hop flights, but birds this age don’t need to be “rescued”. I just shooed him to a lawn out of the street, and hope he can learn to fly without encountering a car, cat or crow!
